Day 8

It is ok to be sad- to cry- you are alone in the sadness that shapes your soul. (Matthew 5:4) I send you some help to carry your crosses – and they have been many- as many as your prayers, but in the end, one carries her cross alone (Galatians 6:2). The anguish of the heart is the hardest to bear. One can only bear it with faith, a moment by moment and hourly or daily effort to bear one's cross is too much. Moment by moment is all you can bear. (Matthew 16:24)

 Love is a choice. You love who and what you will, but I have a will in your love. All must be rooted and centered in love in the heart of My will. Think often of My will and its seat in your heart (Phil. 4:7). Let your heart and your dreams be about My will.

Jesus is here. I have come and have a will. Come to Me not always for answers, come for Me. It is much sweeter to receive an answer because you are loved for having come to Me than for need of an answer.

 Do not allow yourself to rest with an angry or hardened heart. You must always strive to keep a soft and listening heart. Do not be hardened or harsh in any of your dealings with others. You yourself do not like this.
